What is Vitamin B5?
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is needed for energy production and creation of the neurotransmitter acetycholine. It is also needed for synthesis of cholesterol and to release energy from fat. Pantothenic acid is also needed to activate the adrenal glands.
